PB Chocolate & Greens Protein Smoothie

This PBC (that's peanut butter chocolate) smoothie is rich in protein and fiber, thanks to the greens. Both kale and spinach work great in this recipe! And the frozen cherries add sweetness and more fiber! Dates add a little extra fiber and sweetness, but feel free to leave out if you wish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup kale or spinach
  • 1/4 cup frozen dark cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 each dates, pitted (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until desired consistency and enjoy!
