Peaches & Cream Protein Smoothie

Protein smoothie made with fresh or frozen peaches, carrots and cottage cheese. You can add a little zing with some grated ginger, but that's optional. This high-protein smoothie makes a perfect breakfast or post-workout refuel.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sliced peaches, frozen or fresh
  • 1/4 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese (can use Greek yogurt if prefer)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until desired consistency. Enjoy!
