Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped and frozen
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1/4 cup plain kefir
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend well, until desired consistency.
